Most in-stock watches ship within one (1) business day after payment has been verified and approved. We offer complimentary FedEx Priority 2-Day shipping within the United States, fully insured at no additional cost.

For added security, most shipments are held at your nearest FedEx Office or Ship Center for pickup. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon collection.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

Payment Verification

Credit Card

Orders paid by credit card will ship once payment has been authorized and fully processed by the issuing financial institution.

Payments verified before 12:00 PM ET generally ship the next business day. Payments verified after 12:00 PM ET typically ship within two business days.

Wire Transfer

Orders paid by wire transfer will ship once funds have been received and cleared by our financial institution.

Wire transfers received before 12:00 PM ET generally ship the next business day. Payments received after 12:00 PM ET typically ship within two business days.

Google Pay & Digital Wallets

Orders placed using Google Pay or other supported digital payment methods will ship once payment authorization has been successfully completed.

Payments approved before 1:00 PM ET generally ship the same business day. Payments approved after 1:00 PM ET typically ship the following business day.

Additional Shipping Information

• FedEx is our exclusive shipping carrier for all watch purchases.
• Domestic orders are shipped via fully insured FedEx Priority 2-Day service.
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories not serviced by FedEx.
• A physical street address is required for all shipments.
• An adult signature and valid identification may be required upon delivery or pickup.
