The Croton/Nivada Grenchen Wanderer is a travel alarm with the caliber 120 produced by Vulcain - a well-regarded movement which is not often seen in other brands’ watches. The twelve-hour rotating bezel can be used to track different time zones and the alarm on this piece is quite loud compared to other similar models. Between the faded blue-grey bezel and contrasting pop of the red alarm hand, this piece makes for a fun and unique looking package.

CONDITION REPORT

Dial: Has a few age spot; there’s a mark in the center between 1 – 2 o-clock. All the radium plots are present and have aged evenly.

Hands: All correct for the reference. All their radium lume remains intact and has aged nicely.

Case: Sharp looking lugs and angles across the board. The etching on the caseback is still crisp and clear. Correct signed crown and pusher.

Bezel: Has some signs of use consistent with age but the insert appears to have faded to an attractive light blue-grey tone.

Crystal: Clear.
