There's very little known about Duval as a brand. This timepiece is therefore is a great find for someone looking for a vintage example that is off the beaten path. This skin diver features a bright orange dial that was difficult to resist adding to our inventory. It's not often we see a full colored dial from the vintage era and its always a welcome find! The case is nicely sized at 38mm wide and displays a beautiful sea star on its back. This piece also features an automatic day-date complication. It is plenty rugged for daily use, offers loads of character and is ready to enjoy for years to come. 

Dial: Extremely nice preservation. All of the tritium plots are present and have aged well. No notable blemishes. Bezel: Has some light scuffs that could be pulled off with a polish cloth. Hands: Are matching and all of their lume is present. Case: Signs of use consistent with age. Very sharp chamfers and markings on caseback are still distinct. Unsigned crown. Crystal: There are a couple of cracks but it could be swapped out without affecting value down the road. Accessories: NATO-style strap in green. All functions operate flawlessly. The movement is running nicely on our timegrapher and comes with our 1-year mechanical warranty.
