Gerald Genta was a prominent Swiss watch designer who revolutionized the watchmaking industry with his bold and distinctive designs. Starting his career as an apprentice with Patek Philippe in the 1950s, Genta quickly gained a reputation for his creativity and innovation. He founded his own design studio in 1969 and became one of the most sought-after watch designers in the industry, creating some of the most iconic watches of the 20th century, including the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, the Patek Philippe Nautilus, and the IWC Ingenieur. Genta's designs were known for their unique shapes, use of materials, and attention to detail, and continue to inspire watchmakers and collectors around the world today.

Dial: Fantastic and appears mint under magnification. Hands: Are blued and all matching. Case: Very nicely preserved with light signs of use. The hallmark, lettering and numbering is all still visible. Both crowns are matching. Crystal: Clear.
