The Hamilton GG-W-113 features a higher quality ETA movement with hacking feature for increased accuracy. It is a more sought after variant of the Hamilton military watches for this reason (compared to a Type B which is non-hacking for example). The dial is also a cleaner design language in comparison to the Type B with the absence of any "H3" or radiation symbol.

These all came from a sealed box (all boxes/watches dated the same way) which is incredibly rare to find completely untouched. None of these pieces have seen the light of day for over 35 years and are true time capsule examples as a result. It is also worth noting that this is a front loader GG-W-113 specification pieces but rather display screw caseback - a much less common feature and more sought after by collectors. The watch dates to May of '85 and its box is dated January of '86. 

Dial: There is a shadow from the hands sitting for so long but it is not too distracting from its beauty. Otherwise immaculate with no blemishes to point to. The patina of the tritium is all even and clear. Hands: The tritium has aged to a gorgeous matching cream color and is all intact. Case: Unpolished and appear never to have been worn. Correct unsigned crown. Crystal: Clear. Accessories: Correct and uncut single pass strap and correct box. The movement has not been tampered with or serviced. It is running well on our timegrapher despite no recent service history.
