This particular Seamaster, circa '96 is a limited edition of 3000 pieces for Jacques Mayol who was a French diver and holder of many world records in free diving. The 36mm case is perfectly suited for small to medium sized wrists and wears equally well on a NATO-style or leather strap as it does on the included bracelet. The highlight of this model is undoubtedly its unique and glossy wave-textured dial. This example has remained in excellent vintage condition with a mint dial that displays very attractive "pumpkin" patina. The case is sharp with thick and even lugs and the bracelet shows light stretch and will fit an approximate 8-inch wrist. For anyone looking for a unique and practical daily driver, it's hard to argue with the charm of this piece.
