Parmigiani Fleurier, has earned a reputation as an underdog in independent watchmaking. Michel Parmigiani, renowned for restoring timepieces, ran a small workshop in Couvet, Switzerland. As he crafted unique watches for clients, the workshop became a training ground for accomplished watchmakers like Kari Voutilainen, Stepan Sarpaneva, and Raúl Pagès. PF is globally recognized as a highly integrated watch manufacturer. Its facilities play a crucial role in the Swiss watch industry's supply chain, producing essential components and restoring significant clocks. Today this has helped solidify Michel Parmigiani's position as one of the pioneers and "fathers" of independent watchmaking.

Although this neo-vintage offering is a later iteration of the Toric Memory Time it, it is considered to be a first generation example of the Toric Automatic model. The Toric design remarkably follows the Golden Ratio - a testament to the watchmakers highly thought out and unique approach. The 18k white gold case draws from architecture of ancient Greece and the dial finished with a guilloché pattern is highly ornate. Powering the watch is 25-jeweled movement with rose gold rotor that features a 38 hour power reserve, all housed with a sapphire display caseback for enjoyment of its decoration. This example is also a rare variant being a combination of white gold case with white dial.

This complete collector set example remains in extremely well-preserved condition and appears to be unpolished. Notably included with the set is the desirable 18k deployant buckle from Parmigiani. Perhaps the true icing on the cake is that this watch has open papers so it's a great opportunity for anyone hunting this piece for it to be truly their own.
