The Wittnauer Professional Chronograph reference 7004A remains an excellent value in today's market. For someone with larger wrists, this piece offers a great amount of presence for a vintage chrono. The case houses a Valjoux based movement known for its reliability and build quality. We love the unique color of the bezel inserts on these tool watches which play off of the yachting timer function in the right sub-dial. If you're looking for something a little off the beaten path and with plenty of patina, this is a top example fit for new and experienced collectors alike.

CONDITION REPORT

Dial: Very well-preserved with all tritium plots present and fully intact. No blemishes to note of under magnification.

Bezel insert: Wonderful preservation with only a few notable scuffs. It has taken on a beautiful even patina.

Hands: Are matching. All of the tritium is stabile.

Case: Very sharp edges with full even lugs and appears unpolished. Some moderate wear consistent with age. Correct pushers and unsigned crown.

Crystal: Has a few scratches but no cracks. (Note that some of what could appear to be dial blemishes are actually blurring caused by the crystal in photography).
